06 — AGREEMENT

Agreement of acknowledgment.

MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (Sample). The undersigned vendor acknowledges receipt of and agreement to the Master Service Agreement, including payment terms (Net 30), confidentiality obligations, indemnification provisions, and the standard insurance requirements outlined in Schedule A. The vendor confirms identity has been verified through Truvee live face verification and that the W-9 and certificate of insurance attached to this record are current and accurate. This acknowledgment is part of the sealed Truvee record and is non-revocable.

The identity result, supported document type and issuing country, purpose, dates, recipient acknowledgment and signature, and government-ID front/back where applicable. ID copies may show sensitive details and are retained in the private PDF accessible to the authorized requester and recipient, with consent before signing. Public samples use synthetic images only; no selfies are included.

A point-in-time identity check.

A Truvee records that an identity check was completed for a specific request at a specific time. It is not a background check, a credit check or a guarantee about a transaction.
