Eligible unopened requests expire after seven days; qualifying stranded requests may also convert to account credit under the refund policy. Credit is not a cash refund.

Eligible unused requests convert to account credit under the refund policy. Unopened requests expire after seven days; qualifying stranded requests are assessed seven days after opening. Credits are subject to the policy's 12-month terms, not an unconditional cash-refund guarantee.
- Real refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the invite has not yet been sent to the recipient.
- Eligible paid requests that remain unopened expire after seven days and return account credit under the refund policy.
- A sender recall before the recipient opens the invitation returns account credit. Qualifying opened-but-incomplete requests are assessed seven days after opening.
- Account credit is distinct from a cash refund. Opening the camera alone is not an unconditional promise of either a refund or a credit.
- If a technical failure on our side prevents verification from completing, contact support and we'll make it right case by case.

Yes. The per-verification fee charged by our verification provider is built into the $6.99 price. There are no add-on fees.
Payment occurs before verification. Cash refunds and account credits follow separate rules: the refund policy provides a 24-hour pre-send refund window, credit for eligible unused or stranded requests, and specific technical-failure and billing-error provisions. Completion or failure alone does not guarantee a cash refund. Read the full refund policy for eligibility and time limits.
